Résumé
The plant « IMRA 2000 » is an antilithisical plant that the Malagasy Institue of Applied Researches has used with success against the nephrolithiasis fot ten years. Our work consist in testing scientifically the therapeutic effect of the “IMRA 2000” at the level of its efficiency as well as in its secondary effects . The evolutions of the nephrolithiasis of 22 treated patients by the “IMRA 2000” are followed by the echography during period of 4 months and half. As result we discovered 17 cases of total disappearance of the lithiasis, 4 cases of diminishing gain of superior decreasing or equal to 3 millimeters and 1 rebel case .Our experience showed us that the antilithiasical reputation of the “IMRA 2000” is founded scientifically . No noxious effect has been detected. With its reasonable cost for majority of Malagasy population, it can be used without risk for treating the renal lithiases. Netherveless, like all antilithiasical treatment, it has its limits and can only be efficient on sorne types of renal lithiases hence the interest of the identification analysis on expelled stones.
