Résumé
Stroke is uncommon in childhood.It’s a serious and mortal disease.There are the first cases seen at the Hospital Center of Antsirabe. We report 2 stroke events in chidren who have 11 and 13 ages old with rheumatic heart disease .The manifestation is a sudden-onset hémiplegia.Embolism was detected by echocardiographia. The rheumatic heart disease was identified at the stage of cardiac failure and disability.Stroke event is a an important determinant of poor outcome. A good strategy of prevention should reduce the prevalence of rheumatic fever and its cardiac complication
