Resume
This work is based on the use of the Monte Carlo method and the Molecular Dynamics Simulations for the study or the growth and the crystalline structure of FexNi1-x (x=0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1) on a substrate of Cu(111). Some parameters effects like the frequency of deposition, the angle of incidence and the energy of the adatoms, as well as the temperature of the substrate were investigated.
