PHE is an elevation of the eosinophilized polynuclears above 500/mm3 ; it occurs during tumoral processus.It is a rare symptom. Often related to blood and sometimes to tisswe,it is the cause of visceral lesion that have serious cardiac harms.The aim of our study is to report a case of PHE bound to a lieberkhunien adenocarcinoma of colon, emphasizing the interest of the research on an HE in tropicals countries.A 52 years old woman was sent to hospital because a reccurent fever. The investigation found a lieberkhunien adenocarcinoma with liver metastasis. Treating the tumor results in a favorable improvement within two week treatement with corticotherapy and capecitabine
