The gait quality based on approach process was applied to the active antioxidants principle researches from Malagasy medicine plants. The antioxidant activity was shown and dosed with spectrophotometric methods. Among a dozen of studied plants, semi-purified extracts obtained from Helychrysum bracteiferum, Laggera alata, Helychrysum fulvescens, Helychrysum gymnocephalum has shown the best activities, with IC50 between 13,04 to 399,88µg/mL. The active principle was isolated and purified using appropriated chromatographic methods. A phytochimic screening, followed by toxicity tests on Brine shrmp gave IL50 value as 2079,70µg/mL. From butanolic extract of Laggera alata was isolated one product with IC50 equal to 8,17µg/mL. Analysis appropriated methods realised according to available means made possible the structural proposition corresponding to 3, 6, 7, 2’, 3’ -pentahydroxyflavon.
