Résumé

The Pneumocystis carinii hominis is an opportunist parasite responsible for deadly pulmonary infection if non takes precociously in charge at the immunodeficiency. The frequency of pneumocystosis increased in the world since the era of the AIDS. To Madagascar, no survey has been achieved over, the present work describes the first case that has been discovered at a non with Aids active drug addict during the cold season of winter. The transmission is strictly interhuman by respiratory way where the parasite evolves thereafter to the levels of the alveolar. The diagnosis of certainty is fungis from liquid of washing alveolar broncho. The recovery is spectacular by stop of the state of dyspnea and the recuperation of the general state since the beginning of a treatment adapted. This first case of pneumocystosis would not be exceptional, but it is again under diagnosed.
