Résumé
This memory presents the whole of the completed work within the research unit in engineering process of the environment of the Mineral Chemistry and chemistry laboratory, making the bridge between research in bioprocess and the industrial applications even a case for example, where industries can also have interest to establish their ecological legitimacy, and/or bioprocess can help there. Our studies made it possible to identify and satisfy the request to obtain in great quantities of the products with high added value starting from the implementation of biological materials (microalgae, yeasts, bacteria). It is about production of bioethanol, composting or methanisation, research on the microalgae as a photobioreactor (Chlorella, Spirulina, etc). These processes are quite as complex, but even more, the treatments of water. This memory was a framework and an overall picture of the contribution of the simulation of the processes on the biological processes which will try to highlight the applications of these techniques for the aspects of dimensioning and calculations of the effectiveness of the reactors. Bioprocesses are among the processes which are essential today like a technology favourable with durable industrial development. Moreover, one agrees more and more, a little everywhere in the world, on the need for better managing and for using the natural resources.
